The season in European Baseball is over. It is time to look back. We will start our annual review series with the Italian Baseball League.

2010 Ranking: 1st in Italian Baseball League after regular season. Cariparma Parma won the national championship for the first time since 1997 thanks to a 2-1 victory in game seven of the best-of-seven Italian Baseball Series against UGF Fortitudo Bologna.

Runs Allowed: 143 (2nd)

Roberto CorradiniBest Batter: Orlando Munoz. He batted .339 (2nd in IBL, OBP .453/SLG .459) with eleven extra base hits, 24 runs scored and 27 RBI in 35 games (31 starts) this season.

Best Pitcher: Marco Grifantini. The reliever had a 5-0 record with four saves and an ERA of 1.85 in 15 appearances (three starts). He struck out 46 batters in 48 2/3 innings, walking 25.
