News - Spanish Baseball Leagues Comments Off on 2009 in Review – Spanish Division de Honor – Tenerife Marlins Puerto Cruz

During the “slow” winter months we’re going to take a look back at the 2009 season in the European Leagues. We’ve started with the Dutch Hoofdklasse and the Italian Baseball League. The Spanish Division de Honor is next up.

They also won the Copa del Rey tournament, defeating CB SANT BOI in the finals. In the European Cup in Nettuno, Italy, the club from Tenerife picked up just one victory in five games and finished in sixth place.
