We are underway with our review series of the European Baseball season 2010. We already looked at the Italian Baseball League and the Dutch Hoofdklasse. Now at the plate: the German Baseball-Bundesliga.
Solingen Alligators

However the northern champion experienced a similar fate during the semi-finals, where the Heidenheim Heidekoepfe eliminated the team of head coach Andy Fleischacker in three games. The Alligators also hosted and won a European Cup Qualifier in June, but couldn’t secure a second German spot in the European Cup, when they had to settle for second place at the European Cup Playoff in Rouen.
