We are in the middle of our annual season review series of the European Baseball leagues. After Italy, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, we are going to take a look at the French Elite League.
Savigny Lions
2010 Record: 20-4
2010 Ranking: 1st place in French Elite League after regular season. During the semi-final round the Savigny Lions went 5-4 and reached the championship series for a second straight year. The Lions decided afterwards not to participate in the European Cup Playoff and the French Federation lost one of its two A-Pool spots.
