2010 Season: After signing with the New York Mets organization last year, the 19-year-old Kevin Weijgertse made his professional debut this summer with the Mets affiliate in the Dominican Summer League. He batted .125 (OBP .273/SLG .140) with two doubles, 20 runs and six RBI in 51 games.
