2010 Season: The 24-year-old Kalian Sams already played his fourth professional season in the Seattle Mariners organization, splitting time between the Single-A and Low-A affiliates in Northwest League and Midwest League. He batted a combined .183 (OBP .274/SLG .421) with a career-high 20 homeruns, four triples, 15 doubles, 52 runs and 58 RBI in 105 games. 39 of his 64 hits went for extra bases. However he also struck out in 166 of his 349 at-bats.
