Buchbinder Legionaere Regensburg
2010 Record: 24-4
2010 Ranking: 1st place in southern division of Baseball-Bundesliga after regular season. During the playoffs the Buchbinder Legionaere beat the HSV Stealers and the Paderborn Untouchables in four games each, reaching the championship series. In the finals they blew a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series against the Heidenheim Heidekoepfe, but managed a win in the decisive fifth game for their second national title after 2008.

Best Batter: Klaus Hopfensperger. The 29-year-old was limited at the beginning of the season due to a knee injury, but came back successfully. He batted .432 (OBP .518/SLG .750) with four homeruns, nine runs scored and 17 RBI in just 17 games. He later was named MVP of the final series against Heidenheim.

Best Pitcher: Boris Bokaj. The Czech national team hurler had a 10-1 record with an ERA of 1.96 in 15 games (14 starts) in his first year in Germany. He struck out 63 batters in 82 2/3 innings, while walking 36.
