2011 in Review – Czech Extraleague – Cardion Hrosi Brno

After taking a statistical look back in Baseball in the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Spain, we’re now bringing the Czech Extraleague to the plate.

2011 Record: 7-28
2011 Ranking: 8th place in Czech Extraleague. The third team from Brno had to play its home games in Blansko this year due to renovations of their ballpark. They dropped to eighth place in the Extraleague standings in their second year in the top league in Czech Baseball. In the playdowns they were able to avoid relegation by defeating Sokol Hluboka in four games.
