The 2019 Women’s Softball European Championship starts on Sunday in Ostrava, Frydek-Mistek, Rybnik und Zory and will be played through Saturday, July 6. 23 National Teams play in the competition starting from 9am in the morning to 9pm in the evening.
First-round play is scheduled from Sunday to Tuesday early afternoon. The top two of the four pools will advance to the second round. From there the top three of each pool moved up to the final round. The top two from the final round will play in the final on Saturday, July 6.
While the European Softball Championship is on the line, maybe even more important is the qualification for the top six in the final standings, as these six teams will advance to the Olympic Qualifier in Utrecht, which will be played later in July.
