WEP 6: Will Musson named Player of the Week in France

Will Musson (PUC – Paris University Club) was named WEP6. Against Toulouse, he pitched 9 almost perfect innings, allowing only three batters to get on base (2 hits and 1 walk). Fanning 6, he got strong support from his defense (no errors) and just enough from his offense (2 runs) for a shutout win.

After 5 starts in the French Elite League, his record stands at 2-2 with a 3.16 ERA and 44 Ks (leader) in 37 innings. Batters are only hitting .185 against him.

Before playing in France, Will pitched the last 4 years in two different universities in Connecticut for a combined 17-3 record, 4.14 ERA and 162 K in 167 innings.
