Posted on April 19, 2012April 19, 2012 by philipp

James Murrey (Paris UC) is named WEP4. As he does since opening day, James dominates the opposition and last Sunday he destroyed the Montpellier Barracudas with a complete game victory 3-1, allowing only 3 hits, 1 free pass while striking out 17 batters!

For his new team, James gave his best in his first 4 starts (3-0, 0.78ERA, 39K in 23 IP, 3 BB) and he is currently one of the two best pitchers in the League.

In 2 seasons in the French League, he is 9-2 with an 1.13 ERA. He struck out 109 batters in just 79 2/3 innings, walking 24.

Previous 2012 WEP:
Week 1: Douglas Rodriguez (Paris UC)
Week 2: Owen Ozanich (Rouen Huskies), Giovanni Ouin (Beaucaire Chevaliers)
Week 3: TBA
