WBC Qualifier in Regensburg to receive MLB like TV Coverage

Posted on July 10, 2012 by philipp

The organizers of the World Baseball Classic Qualifier in Regensburg announced on Monday the biggest baseball TV coverage in European history. Major League Baseball is going to send an experienced broadcasting team to the tournament in September. According to the press release they are led by experts, which are usually responsible for coverage of MLB Playoffs and World Series games. There will be eight cameras per game. Broadcasts will be made in high definition with the usual graphics, known from MLB and World Baseball Classic games. TV partners in Europe will be announced in the coming weeks.
