Baseball.it launched on Monday their annual Allstar-Voting of the Italian Baseball League. Baseball.it readers and journalists vote together for the ‘Baseball.it Awards 2008’ in 18 different individual categories. The online survey will weigh 40 percent in the final result; with the group of journalists have the other 60 percent. The Italian Baseball and Softball Federation (FIBS) official supports the voting and the prizes will be given out at the annual ‘Night of the Diamonds’ later this year.
To vote for your Italian Allstars, you only need to visit Baseball.it, register and pick a winner in the following categories: Pitcher Overall, Catcher, First Baseman, Second Baseman, Third Baseman, Shortstop, Left Fielder, Center Fielder, Right Fielder, Italian Starting Pitcher, Italian Reliever, Foreign Pitcher, Utility Player, Youth Player, Most Valuable Player, Manager, Designated Hitter and Umpire. You can vote till November 30th.
