Vikings hope to get back into Playoff Race in ABL

Posted on August 14, 2009 by philipp

The Austrian Baseball and Softball Federation has announced the make-up dates for several rainouts from earlier this year and the regular season will expand to September 6th due to this. This weekend the UNION KUFSTEIN VIKINGS hope to get back into the hunt for the playoff spots, hosting leader and reigning champion MOSQUITO ATHLETICS on Saturday for a doubleheader. After this week’s affair, the VIKINGS still have open dates with the METROSTARS and the INDIANS. In Vienna the SUPERFUND WANDERERS and the DIVING DUCKS battle for inner-city honors.
