Posted on April 10, 2015April 10, 2015 by philipp

The Austrian Baseball League is opening the 2015 season with a doubleheader between the Vienna Wanderers and the Athletics Attnang-Puchheim on Saturday. Live play by play will be on hand to follow both games. It’s the only matchup this weekend before the other four teams enter the competition.

Once again a six-team regular season round robin will be played with the top four advancing to the semi-finals. The Vienna Metrostars are the defending champion, having defeated the Dornbirn Indians in seven games in last year’s ABL finals.

Schedule Week 1:

Saturday, 11. April
Vienna Wanderers Athletics Attnang-Puchheim Sportzentrum Spenadlwiese, Wien 14h
Vienna Wanderers Athletics Attnang-Puchheim Sportzentrum Spenadlwiese, Wien 16h15
