Unipol Bologna beats Tommasin Padua in IBL Week 2 Opener

In the week two opener in the Italian Baseball League Unipol Bologna defeated Tommasin Padua on Thursday evening by a score of 4-1. Two runs in the third and two in the eighth lifted Fortitudo to the win. Osman Marval and Marco Sabbatani hit home runs and accounted for all four RBI. Laidel Chapelli scored the lone Padua run. Matt Zielinski struck out six in six solid innings for the win. Raul Ruiz got charged with the loss.
