U18 European Championship Qualifier 2019 in Sundbyberg: Results July 10, 2019

Two games were played at the U18 European Championship Qualifier 2019 in Sundbyberg, Sweden on Wednesday. Belgium earned its first win in two games in the tournament with a 6-4 victory over Great Britain, which dropped to 1-1. Belgium took a 6-1 lead in the top of the fifth and then held on despite the British efforts of coming back. In the evening game Switzerland reached the win column with a 9-7 victory over Sweden. A five-run sixth inning helped the Swiss team into a 9-5 advantage. Sweden rallied for two runs in the bottom of the seventh, but didn’t turn around the game.
