The U15 European Championship in Brno, Czech Republic continued on Thursday with the last day of the preliminary round. Germany, Czech Republic, Austria and the Ukraine advanced to the semi-finals.
Germany clinched first place in Group B with a 12-0 shutout over Lithuania in the afternoon. In the evening the Czech team downed Belarus 17-2 for first place in Group A. Austria won a key matchup 9-1 against Russia to secure second place in Group A and a spot in the semis. The Ukraine prevailed 13-6 over Poland for the second spot from Group B.
In the semi-finals Germany meets Austria at Hrosi Ballpark. At MBS the Czech take on the Ukraine.
The championship game will be played on Saturday evening at 7pm. A live stream is available for all games from MBS Stadium.
