U15 Baseball Euros 2026 Belgium Qualifier: Day 4

Posted on July 24, 2026July 27, 2026 by Gabriel Fidler

Belgium and Ukraine won their respective groups as round robin play concluded in Zottegem, Belgium at the Under-15 European Baseball Championship B Pool. Belgium dispatched Lithuania, which could have claimed its own spot in the playoffs with a one-sided victory, while Ukraine did the same to a Swedish team that had posted 25 runs a day prior. Israel took care of business against Denmark to claim the other spot in the semifinals, setting up Baseball Danmark to contest seventh place against Estonia.

Mil de Quint drove in five with a single, a double, and a triple for Belgium. Illia Kolomoiets had a two-run double and a run-scoring single in a 13-run first for Ukraine, smacking an inside-the-park homer to plate a pair in the second, finishing an eye-popping eight-RBI day with a bases-clearing single in the fourth. Meanwhile, Yair Tako went 4-for-4 with three runs and four ribbies for Israel, drilling a duo of two-baggers. Caleb Cohen went yard for Israel Baseball.
