The U12 European Championship and the U12 European Championship Qualifier for the 2019 season take place in Trebic, Czech Republic from Tuesday, July 2 to Saturday, July 6. Defending champion Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary and Russia will compete in the U12 European Championship, while Austria, Great Britain, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine play the Qualifier.

From Tuesday to Thursday a round robin is played in the Championship with the top two of each pool advancing to the semi-finals. The final is set for Saturday. In the Qualifier the six teams will play a single round robin with the team in first place getting promoted to the Championship for 2020. The eighth team in the final standings of the Championship gets relegated.

The 2019 European Championship is no qualifier for a World Cup. Trebic last hosted the U12 European Championship in 2016.
