U12 Baseball Euros Qualifier 2026: Day 5

Darien Liebhart smashed a homer for Austria as part of a 15-hit, eight-extra-base-hit-attack in the morning game, with three Austrian Baseball pitchers combining on a one-hitter. A trio of Russian pitchers tossed a one-hitter of their own in the other Group B contest at the Under-12 European Baseball Championship B Pool at Oktomvri Field in Sofia, Bulgaria. Russia has now already clinched the qualification from the second group.

Arnos Tamošauskas homered for the second day in a row for Lithuania, with Tonis Gavutis also going yard. The Baltic nation combining with Ukraine for 33 hits, including an eye-popping 15 for extra bases. Ukraine and Poland still have a chance at promotion in Group A action.
