Germany earned another shot at Baseball Czechia in the semifinals of the Under-12 European Baseball Championship, as both nines recorded victories, eliminating Italy and the Netherlands, respectively, from the gold medal competition. Belgium did just enough to keep Great Britain off balance in the placing round, while Spain scored in each of the first five innings to record its first win.
The Deutscher Baseball boys responded to an Italian rally and a 3-2 deficit with an eight-run third, and Philipp Faiss tossed four innings of one-hit relief. Three players had three hits for the victors. In the other semifinal, Baseball Czechia scored in every inning after the first, and Derik Taras and Šimon Suchý combined on a shutout. Lukáš Hrbač homered in the win.
All games except the final have been cancelled due to heat, with the final standings announced after the championship game.
