The Royal Spanish Baseball and Softball Federation and Catalan Baseball and Softball Federation organized the first tryout for the MLB Barcelona Academy that will start to work in February 2014.
The activity was led by the Manager of the National Team, Mauro Mazzotti and five local coaches. At the tryout there were 26 players between 15 and 19 years from different Catalan teams. The final list will be published soon.
