While the season in European Baseball is basically over and we’re moving towards the offseason with rumors, transactions, reviews, clinics and much more, we‘re trying to catch up on a few leagues, which we didn’t cover throughout the year.
Tornado Balashikha has won the 2010 Russian Baseball Championship. They defeated MGPU 4-3 in the best-of-seven final series to pick up the title. Both teams were tied in first place with 23-4 records following the regular season. The North Stars Moscow, which clinched an A-Pool ticket for the federation in the 2011 European Cups, had to settle for third place.
