After being hindered by a back injury during training camp in Montpellier third baseman Will Toeppe is not going to play for the Mannheim Tornados in 2011. He returned home to the United States on Friday. The Tornados might add another infielder if they find a suitable and affordable option. The 26-year-old Toeppe was supposed to replace Matt Lokken at the hot corner.
