Ticket Prices announced for World Baseball Classic Qualifier in Regensburg

The organizers of the World Baseball Classic Qualifier in Regensburg, Germany announced the ticket prices on Tuesday. There are five different categories for the five days of competition, ranging from 15 to 75 Euros. Tournament passes will be handed out for 60 to 220 Euros. The tickets will be on sale starting April 27. They will be available online through the www.worldbaseballclassic.de website.

The World Baseball Classic Qualifier at the Armin-Wolf-Arena in Regensburg from September 20 to 24, 2012 features the teams from Canada, Great Britain, Czech Republic and Germany. The tournament will be played in a double elimination format with the winner qualifying for the 2013 World Baseball Classic main event.

There will be three other qualifiers in Jupiter (Florida, USA), Taipei (Chinese Taipei) and Panama City (Panama), which will be played in November of 2012.
