Technika defeats Arrows in Czech Extraleague on Walk-Off-Grand-Slam

Technika Brno scored seven runs in the past two innings to prevail 12-8 over Arrows Ostrava in the Czech Extraleague on Tuesday evening. Corey Lyon hit a walk-off grand slam home run with two outs in the bottom of the ninth. Home runs by Martin Zelinka and Tomas Janicek had tied the game in the bottom of the eighth. Ostrava went deep four times, scoring six runs in the sixth to take the lead. Tomas Junec homered twice to drive in four runs. Ales Keprta earned the win. Alex Lee took the loss. Both teams will meet again on Thursday evening.
