Posted on June 12, 2015June 12, 2015 by philipp

Technika Brno defeated Hrosi Brno 6-4 on Wednesday in the Czech Extraleague. Technika took a quick 4-2 after three innings, but Hrosi was able to keep in the game afterwards. But the Technika bullpen with Gary Ward and Daniel Mraz pitched scoreless frames to hand them a win. Matej Brabec had allowed six hits, four runs (3 ER) and three walks in 6 1/3 innings for the win. Jiri Marek went 3-for-4 with two runs and two RBI. Ryo Ose took the loss. Jakub Ondracek and Vojtech Mensik scored twice for Hrosi.

League play continues on Friday night with Arrows Ostrava hosting Skokani Olomouc in a European Cup Qualifier preview. They’ll meet again on Saturday. During the weekend Technika Brno takes on Draci Brno in a three-game series. Hrosi travels to the Tempo Titans Prague. The Eagles and Kotlarka meet in a Prague derby.
