The collegiate Team USA is going to complete the roster of teams at the 2012 Haarlemse Honkbalweek. The organizers announced the participants Cuba, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Taiwan and Japan for the 26th edition of the international baseball tournament at Pim Mulier Stadium in Haarlem, Netherlands. Team USA last won the tourney in 2008 headed by future number one draft pick and current Washington Nationals opening day starter Stephen Strasburg.
The organizers also announced the schedule. Two games at 2pm and 7pm are set for each day from July 13 to 22. Asian rivals Japan and Taiwan will open the Haarlem Baseball Week in the afternoon game on July 13, while Cuba and Puerto Rico square off later that day.
