Finland’s SuperBaseball league concluded its regular season on 20 Aug. with a makeup game between the Tampere Tigers and Espoo Expos, with the undefeated Tigers having already clinched the Finnish regular season title. The Expos, however, showed they would be a force with which to be reckoned in the playoffs, winning 14-5 in Tampere. Next up is a best-of-three semifinal between Espoo’s Expos and Helsinki Puumat, with a doubleheader scheduled for Aug. 26 at the national stadium in Myllypuro, Helsinki.
