STOCKHOLM won the best-of-three final series 2-1 against TRANAS this weekend in the Swedish Elitserien and defended its title from 2008. After both teams scored nine runs in victories on Saturday, STOCKHOLM prevailed 6-5 in the decisive match on Sunday to clinch the Swedish Championship.
