Five Swedish Baseball Players to attend Californian Junior Colleges

Posted on August 31, 2010 by philipp

Several Europeans are going to the United States and Canada every year to attend colleges and universities. Baseball players use this opportunity to improve their level of play. Five Swedish players will attend Junior Colleges in California this time. For Kristoffer Sjoeberg (Gefle in Elitserien, Swedish National Team) it is going to be the second year at San Joaquin Delta. He will be joined in Stockton by Robin Lausen (Karlskoga Bats, Swedish National Team). Lukas Ohlsson (Leksand Lumberjacks, Swedish National Team) and Nils Eilertz (Leksand Lumberjacks) will be studying at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria. Oscar Carlstedt (Stockholm, Swedish National Team) will get the opportunity to refine his skills at Cypress College in Orange County.
