Spartans 2010 Irish Winner

While the season in European Baseball is basically over and we’re moving towards the offseason with rumors, transactions, reviews, clinics and much more, we‘re trying to catch up on a few leagues, which we didn’t cover throughout the year.

For a fifth straight season the Spartans have won the Irish Baseball Championship. After only finishing in fourth place following the regular season, the Spartans beat the Hurricanes in the two games in the Grand Final to clinch the title. Nortstars – Spartans 3-14

Mariners – Spartans 9-19

Grand Final:

Spartans – Hurricanes 6-1
