The Solingen Alligators have named a new head coach. Former player Norman Eberhardt, who retired following winning the championship in 2006, takes over. He will be supported by the American David Tuizer, who will serve as manager. Tuizer had taken over together with Chris Beck and Didi Dahmann, when David Daniels was fired in May. However Tuizer isn’t able to continue in the same capacity due to his professional obligations. Solingen reached the semi-finals in the Baseball-Bundesliga and secured Germany a second A-Pool spot in the European Cup in 2011.
