The Polish Women’s Softball League underwent a minor shake-up last week as the Executive Board of the Polish Baseball & Softball Association decided to induct the sixth team to the League’s lineup. Sadly, at the same time one of the contending teams – UKS Softball Wrocław – resigned from the league, leaving polish softball fans with only five teams to follow this season. The official reason for the team’s decision was rooted in issues concerning the league schedule.
The official website of the league’s newest addition – Warsaw Diamonds – will soon be available online at www.softball.pl.
