T&A San Marino is forced to replace the injured Justin Germano on the roster with fellow former Major League pitcher Anthony Ortega. The 30-year-old Venezuelan debuted in Major League Baseball in 2009, but injuries derailed his big league career afterwards. He spent the 2015 season in the Mexican League with Yucatan, pitching to an ERA 3.35 in 31 games.
