25-year-old Venezuelan utility player Johan Carias is joining the Rouen Huskies. He is expected to join the reigning French champion at the end of the month. This winter he suited up for the Tigres de Aragua in his home country. In the United States he went to Lawon State College and then played professionally in Venezuela.
