Italian right-handed pitcher Sandy Patrone has been suspended by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) after testing positive during a doping control following Rimini’s European Cup game against DOOR Neptunus in Brno, Czech Republic. The Anti-Doping laboratory in Dresden, Germany analyzed the sample and found the prohibited substance.
