Mario Chiarini and Pierangelo Cit had three RBI apiece for Rimini. Leonardo Zileri and Adolfo Gomez combined to score four of the ten runs. Mario Trinci drove in three for Nettuno. Alessandro Grimaudo crossed the plate twice. Tommaso Cherubini allowed five hits, five runs and eight walks in 6 2/3 innings to pick up the win.
