Former minor leaguer Kender Villegas is joining the Rouen Huskies in the French Division I. The 24-year-old Venezuelan right-hander reached Double-A with the Toronto Blue Jays. He first was signed by the St. Louis Cardinals and later also played for the Atlanta Braves organization before joining the Blue Jays.
