Results Spanish Division de Honor June 15&16

In the Spanish Division de Honor three matchups were played this weekend. The Tenerife Marlins had to settle for a split on their trip to CBS Sant Boi. Zael Honora struck out 15 batters in a 4-1 Sant Boi win in game one of the two-game set. Yaeko Vasquez led the offense with a home run and two runs scored. In game two Tenerife scored the winning run of a 4-3 victory in the top of the ninth thanks to a double by Yancarlo Franco. The shortstop had four hits overall.

Meanwhile CB Viladecans beat El Llano 7-2 and 14-4 and Baseball Navarra returned home from San Inazio Bilbao with 6-2 and 2-1 victories. The games between CD Pamplona and CB Barcelona at Burlada were postponed due to the recent flood damages to the ballpark in Pamplona.
