In the Spanish Division de Honor the Astros Valencia had to settle for a split in Pamplona against Baseball Navarra. Yosue Castellano issued eight hits and two walks in nine however scoreless innings to keep the Astros in check in a 1-0 nail-biter in game one. Trevor Caughey took the hard-luck loss. In the second match Oscar Angulo belted two home runs and drove in four to lead Valencia to a 5-2 win.
With the split the Astros dropped to third place in the standings, as the Tenerife Marlins and CBS Sant Boi picked up sweeps. Tenerife won twice against CD Pamplona. Sant Boi downed San Inazio Bilbao in both ends of a two-game set. CB Barcelona won the Catalonian duel against CB Viladecans.
