Results Spanish Division de Honor April 2-4

Pol Llopis struck out 14 in five no-hit inningsWhile the season in Italy and Germany just started, the Spanish Division de Honor already played week six. CB Sant Boi defended its perfect record with two wins against Baseball Navarra. In game one the duo Jose Guanchez and Junior Guerra combined to lead CB to a shutout. In the second match Daniel Martinez went 4-for-4 with three runs scored in an 11-2 victory for the Catalonian club.

The FC Barcelona remains in the second place after two shutouts over CD Pamplona. On Saturday Delio Miguel Martinez got the starting nod over Jason Friedman and together they allowed just one hit and a walk through nine innings. The Tenerife Marlins Puerto Cruz moved up to third in the standings with a sweep against the Astros Valencia. They will face CB Sant Boi next week.

Viladecans’ Pol Llopis dominated El Llano on Saturday with 14 strikeouts in five scoreless no-hit, three-walk innings in a 15-0 blowout. It was already the third no-hitter in the Division de Honor this season. CB also won the second match easily. On Friday San Inazio Bilbao had opened the game day with two wins over Halcones de Vigo.
