Defending champion Hamburg Knights started into the new Softball-Bundesliga season in Germany with three wins in four games and is going to face northern division leader Brauweiler Raging Abbots (5-1) on Saturday. In the south the Mannheim Tornados built up their lead with four more wins, while out-scoring their opponents 52-5. The Haar Disciples and the Herrenberg Wanderers are also over the .500 mark after three weeks of German Softball.
