Results German Baseball-Bundesliga August 14&15

Posted on August 15, 2010 by philipp

The decision over fourth place in the northern division in the German Baseball-Bundesliga was postponed. After the HSV Stealers picked up a victory in their doubleheader against the Bonn Capitals on Saturday, the Pulheim Gophers had to win at least once against the Solingen Alligators one day later. But rain stopped play in the fifth inning of game one with the score tied at 0-0. A make-up date hasn’t been announced yet. However since the playoffs are supposed to start next Saturday, it has to come soon. In the south the Haar Disciples clinched the fourth spot with a 9-2 win over the Gauting Indians on Saturday.
