With a pair of make-up doubleheaders the regular season in the French Elite League ended this weekend. The Savigny Lions maintained their spot at the top of the standings by out-slugging the Templiers Senart 15-3 and 17-9, finishing with a 20-4 record. Defending champion Rouen Huskies already had dropped to third after their two losses to Savigny last weekend, but got back into winning lane with a pair of three-hit shutouts against Stade Toulousain.
More about the four games will follow in the next couple of days.
