On Sunday the French Elite League had its second game day of the 2011 season. Defending champion Rouen Huskies moved into a tie for first place thanks to a sweep at Paris UC. Stade Toulousain, the only two-game winner in week one, had to settle for the split against the Templiers Senart. In the third matchup the promoted Pessac Panthers stunned the Montpellier Barracudas with a split. The two games between the Savigny Lions and the Montigny Cougars already got postponed before the start of the weekend.
