In the French Division I the Rouen Huskies rebounded from their sixth-place finish at the European Cup in Barcelona with a pair of wins over the Montpellier Barracudas. Also European Cup Qualifier host Templiers Senart, the Savigny Lions and Paris UC celebrated two-win weekends.
