Results Division de Honor April 26/27

Posted on April 28, 2008 by philipp

The FC BARCELONA has taken over the first position in the standings of the Division de Honor. They defeated VILADECANS twice this weekend. The first game on Saturday was a ten-inning thriller with a score of 2-1. The second match of the series on Sunday was not that dramatic (8-2).

They also profited from the two losses of EL LLANO against CB SANT BOI. The Catalonian club now is 8-2, after receiving two great pitching performances from their starters. They held the club of Gijon to two runs in 18 innings.

Last year’s champion MARLINS used the promoted ASTROS as punching ball and crushed them in two games.

SAN INAZIO failed to make up ground in the standings after a split against PAMPLONA.

BASEBALL NAVARRA had a bye.

Short recaps to follow these days.
