Results Bundesliga June 7/8

Posted on June 8, 2008 by philipp

In the north of the German Bundesliga the ALLIGATORS and the UNTOUCHABLES extended their winning streaks to 19 and ten games. SOLINGEN scored 36 runs on the road against the NIGHTMARES. PADERBORN celebrated two shutouts versus HANOVER. In the race for the playoffs, the WANDERERS closed the gap to COLOGNE somewhat with a sweep against the STEALERS. The CAPITALS solidified third with a split at the CARDINALS.

In the south, the TORNADOS earned a split in HEIDENHEIM. It was the third doubleheader against a top four team for MANNHEIM in a row. They are now 10-8 and still in third. The HEIDEKOEPFE lost some ground, as the leader BUCHBINDER LEGIONAERE swept their two-game set in HAAR. The gap for the DISCIPLES to make the playoffs widened, as MAINZ won both matches against the ATOMICS.

Short Recaps to come these days.
